The Plight of the Turtle Dove - a talk by Mike Anderson-Brown

Numbers of this once iconic summer visitor to the UK have declined by 99% since the 1960s. None have bred at Paxton Pits for several years and they are rarely seen on the Reserve. The talk will discuss reasons for this loss, as well as potential actions to reverse it.

Refreshments available. doors open at 6.30 for a 7.00 pm start.

Admission £3 with all proceeds going to the Friends.
